Former Brazilian superstar Ronaldo Nazário occupies second place after becoming a world champion at 17 years and 298 days, while Italian defender Giuseppe Bergomi ranks third after helping Italy win the tournament at 18 years and 174 days.
Yamal now sits alongside Brazil’s Coutinho, both having become champions at 19 years and six days.

Spain’s latest World Cup triumph wasn’t just about Yamal.
Young defender Pau Cubarsí also wrote his name into football history after becoming a world champion at 19 years and 178 days, making him the seventh-youngest player ever to win the tournament.

French superstar Kylian Mbappé, who dazzled the world in Russia in 2018, occupies eighth place, having won the World Cup at 19 years and 207 days.
