Lagos businessman and social figure Emeka Okonkwo, widely known as E-Money, has reaffirmed his promise to gift ₦50 million to comedian Carter Efe following his victory in a celebrity boxing bout.

Carter Efe secured a unanimous decision win against street-hop singer Habeeb Badmus, better known as Portable, during the Chaos in the Ring 4 event held at Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel in Victoria Island, Lagos, on Friday night.
After the match, E-Money publicly confirmed he would fulfill his earlier pledge when prompted by Ezekiel Adamu, the CEO of Balmoral Group Promotions.
Congratulating Carter Efe, he stated that he stands by his word and would deliver the ₦50 million reward.
Adamu also expressed satisfaction with how the event unfolded, noting that it delivered on its promise of high-energy entertainment and hinting at even bigger editions in the future.
The bout capped weeks of heated exchanges between the two entertainers.
Portable, who previously claimed wins over actors and performers like Charles Okocha and Speed Darlington, had entered the fight confidently, predicting another victory to secure a third title.
Carter Efe, however, remained unfazed and countered the bold claims with confidence of his own.
Inside the ring, Portable came out aggressively, throwing unstructured punches, but Carter Efe maintained composure, using his reach and height advantage to dictate the pace.
As the rounds progressed, Carter landed more precise strikes while Portable struggled to find rhythm, relying on wide swings and clinches.
