A woman has been arrested for giving her boyfriend a blowjob in court and then posting a video of it on Twitter.
Brittney Jones, 26, was arrested after she was allegedly seen performing oral sex on Jeremiah Isiah Robinson, 35, in a 34-second video clip posted on Twitter.
The footage, the woman appears to be in the hallway of the fourth floor of the Duval County Courthouse.
The video was posted to Twitter on January 31 with the caption: ‘Had so much fun at court today. Found a way to get my charges dropped…. Ssssssh don’t tell.
The woman also wrote: ‘Just found a way to get out of trouble’ and ‘That damn tongue got me in trouble again.
Jones’ attorney, Jerry Sessions, claims she is not guilty and said the charge was ‘archaic.’
She appeared in court last Thursday and did not enter a plea on the sex charge, but entered not guilty on a contraband charge.
She was given a $10,000 bond on the sex charge but it’s unclear if she’s been bailed yet.
Authorities said the shocking incident occurred during working hours at the court and security cameras recorded the sex act.
Jones was at the court facing charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, smuggling contraband into jail and violation of probation.
The 26-year-old was arrested when police were called to her home in Jacksonville, Florida, to aid a bail bonds worker in serving a warrant for her arrest, according to the Florida Times-Union.
She was then taken to Duval County jail .
Officers began investigating Jones after the video from inside a public area of the courthouse was posted on Twitter last month.
The video has since been deleted by Jones, who recently wrote that she and her boyfriend had broken up.
