Bishop David Oyedepo, founder of Living Faith Church Worldwide, has issued a strong warning to Christians across Nigeria, urging them to “take charge” spiritually and socially before the ongoing wave of violence escalates into full-blown anarchy.

Speaking during a church service, Oyedepo expressed deep concern over the rising insecurity and repeated attacks in several parts of the country. He cautioned believers not to remain passive in the face of what he described as growing threats that could lead to widespread chaos if not urgently addressed.
He stressed the need for intensified prayer, vigilance, and active participation in safeguarding communities, noting that Nigeria is currently navigating one of its most critical security challenges.
His remarks come amid national debates on escalating killings, kidnappings, and attacks targeting both Christians and Muslims across multiple regions.
