A young boy said to be a student with the lagos state university LASU who attempted suicide diving into Falomo Bridge in Lagos was rescued immediately by some divers who saw him .
General Manager, Lagos State Waterways Authority, LASWA, said the incident took place on Monday afternoon,
The student was said to have been quickly rescued from drowning in the water by LASWA officials who responded swiftly to the incident.
A LASWA source said Gabriel was taken to the Falomo Police Station after he was rescued by officials.
It was not clear why Gabriel decided to end his life by jumping from the Falomo Bridge into the water.

He said he wants to die and repeatedly asking what’s in this life .
Reasons for his action is not known at the time of filing this story.
