A young unidentified man was on monday rescued after he was discovered by residents of Mushin almost drowning in a dirty canal.
The young Man who was said to be very weak was immediately handed over to the authorities for necessary actions even while they residents were wondering how he got inside the canal.
The residents of Mushin area of Lagos city, were left in total shock after the discoveries.
According to an eyewitnesses, the young man was rescued by the residents and later handed over to secuirty operatives for appropriate action.
