Reactions has continued to trail the sudden death of Senator Buruji Kashamu who died today at First Cardiology Consultants, following complications from Covid-19.
Buruji Kashamu before his death, was a Nigerian politician who served as a Senator representing Ogun East in the 8th National Assembly.

I have just lost my good friend of forever to #COVID19. Until his death, Sen. Buruji Kashamu and I were inseparable. He died today at First Cardiology Consultants, in Lagos. May his gentle soul rest in peace. I pray his family and loved ones the fortitude to bear this heavy loss.
A Former President, Chief Olusegun Obasanjo said Senator Buruji Kashamu, in his lifetime used the maneuver of law and politics to escape from facing justice on alleged criminal offence in Nigeria and abroad, but could not use the same maneuvering to stop the cold hand of death from snatching him away.
