Ademola Ariyo, Nigerian cinematographer, who shot Osoufia in London, Igodo, Blood money and many other Nigerian movies has died, battling with kidney failure
Olanrewaju Malcolm, BBA Star, Bisola’s baby daddy who shared photos of the cinematographer on his sick bed also shared the sad news of his death on Instagram.
Ademola Ariyo, for months now had gone around his neighbourhood in Surulere begging for money and food.
Malcom wrote some weeks ago: ‘’ Ademola Ariyo, One of the best camera men in Nigeria, who shot Osuofia in London, fell sick and was left to suffer…..
He now goes around his neighborhood (Surulere) begging for food and money, Please let people in the movie industry come to his aid.’’
Ademola Ariyo had stage 5 kidney failure and was in need of 12million naira for kidney transplant.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t get the money before he died.
