Chief Bruno Iwuoha, a famous actor in Nollywood industry has died after battling with diabetes and been blind for some years.
The veteran actor, died on Saturday at the National Hospital in Abuja.
According to his daughter, Chief Iwuoha, who has been in the movie industry for decades, battled diabetes and went blind for some years, died around 2am.
His painful death was made known by a close associates and filmmaker, Derik Zai who revealed that the actor died at the National Hospital, Abuja.
According to him, Chief Bruno had been in coma for about 3 weeks, and everything done to stabilize him couldn’t bring him back to life.
Bruno Iwuoha’s death is coming weeks after Nollywood lost veteran actor, Sadiq Daba.
Chief Iwuoha, who hails from Imo State, has given decades of experience to the Nollywood film industry and acted in numerous movies some of which are World Apart, Magic Cap, Keeping Close, Another Bondage, Faces Of Love and Days Of Hatred, among others.
He won the Best Supporting Actor award at the 3rd Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA) for his performance in the movie ‘Sins of the Flesh’.
His remains has been deposited at the the hospital mortuary.
