Director of Nigeria Civil Aviation of Authority, acknowledges and appreciate the contributions of women, towards the development of the aviation industry, in alignment with international women day which is celebrated annually on this day.
The day which aims to help nations across the globe to eliminate discrimination against women, also focuses on helping them gain full and equal participation in global development.
The day is equally used to celebrate women’s achievements and identify their issues as well as their challenges.
The Director General, Capt. Musa Nuhu, said NCAA is fully committed to the implementation of the Aviation Gender Equality Program as well as the promotion of women in STEM education.
This is in alliance with the International Civil Aviation community, as the celebrates the International Women’s Day 2020 with theme “I AM GENERATION EQUALITY”
Capt Nuhu, stressed, that Women’s Rights is seen and recognized as the bedrocks.
