Kano state citizen on a protest have rejected a lock down aimed to prevent further mysterious deaths, which have killed over 600 people in the state.

Recall that the Nigeria’s president announced an immediate two-week lockdown in Kano, the largest city in the north, after local reports of a big rise in deaths in recent days.
Experts are worried and of the view of a wide spread of Covid-19 if the people fail to lockdown.
The situation in Kano State is reportedly linked to lack of effective leadership, transparency and accountability, which would lead to grave human rights violations and crimes against humanity if not urgently addressed.
