Ice Prince Reveals He Spent ₦340 Million on Weed Before Quitting Smoking

Speaking during a recent appearance on the Black Box podcast, the rapper disclosed that he spent an estimated ₦340 million on cannabis between 2020 and 2026 through just one supplier based in Lagos.

According to the music star, the staggering amount only covered purchases from a single dealer and did not include money spent on other suppliers located in Abuja, Jos, Ghana, and London.

Reflecting on his past lifestyle, Ice Prince admitted that smoking had become a costly habit over the years.

He said, “From 2020 to 2026, I spent ₦340 million on weed from just one dealer alone. That doesn’t even include my other dealers in Abuja, Ghana, Jos, and London. This particular dealer lives close to me in Lagos.”

The rapper explained that he eventually gave up both smoking and alcohol as part of a broader journey focused on self-improvement, weight loss, and personal growth.

Ice Prince also revealed that he has embraced celibacy for a period, describing the lifestyle changes as part of a complete reset aimed at achieving clarity and discipline.

The “Oleku” crooner further dismissed rumours suggesting that his recent weight loss was aided by drugs such as Ozempic.

During an interview with The Beat FM Lagos, he insisted that his transformation happened naturally without the use of medication or performance-enhancing substances.

“I didn’t use Ozempic for my weight loss. I have never used drugs or anything like that before,” he stated.

The rapper also hinted that his next project could mark the end of his music career, revealing that the forthcoming album may be his final body of work.

Looking ahead to the future, Ice Prince shared his desire to settle down and start a family once he turns 40.

He said he is currently focused on achieving his goals and is not actively searching for a relationship at the moment.
