Reactions have emerged as to why a sector commander should cut a female officers hair? With several people asking if cutting of hair is now one of the roads safety objectives?
Well, Andrew Kumapayi, the Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps in Rivers, openly on-the-spot cuts a female officers hair.
The commander carried out a general inspection on the staff of the FRSC headquarters in Port Harcourt, checking their uniform, finger nails, as well as the hairdos of all the female personnel.
The female officers whose hair was cut allegedly ran foul of the hair styles requirements of the Corps.
However, on the Corps’s website is an image of a woman whose hair appears to be braided and who is supposedly an example of how female FRSC marshals ought to appear.
