Senate President Godswill Akpabio has publicly read out an invitation from Nigeria’s First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, inviting all members of the Senate to a sumptuous dinner at the Aso Rock Presidential Villa this Friday.
The announcement was made during Tuesday’s plenary session, where Akpabio informed lawmakers that the First Lady looks forward to hosting them for an evening aimed at fostering closer engagement between the legislature and the Presidency.
The dinner is expected to feature discussions on national issues, government priorities, and ongoing collaborative efforts between the executive and legislative arms.
