A video showing a drunken policeman lying on the ground in a mud went viral on the Internet on Saturday.
The question now Is, are the citizens really safe with such officers? if this drunken policeman has a gun on him? What could happen?
The uniformed policeman had allegedly drunk himself to stupor.
Several people gathered around him, filming and taking pictures of the cop.
“He took too much drink (alcohol) and fall into a gutter. And he is on duty.
Look at what Buhari has caused for us; this doesn’t make sense,” a man said in the video.
At a point, some people in the crowd suggested lifting up the policeman, while others objected.
One of the commenters wrote, “This is crazy. That’s what we call bad habit. He has been destroyed by his alcoholism. He is a disgrace to the police.”
