The Federal Government of Nigeria has barred all government officials, including public and civil servants, from foreign trips, after the country, confirmed a third case of Coronavirus.
The Presidential Task Force on Coronavirus announced the decision after a closed-door meeting in Abuja on Tuesday.
The Secretary to the Government of the Federation and chairman of the committee, Boss Mustapha, said the ban commenced immediately till further notice.
The Federal Government had raised a Presidential Task Force for the control of Coronavirus in Nigeria.
The SGF, while inaugurating the committee on Tuesday in Abuja, said it had six months to complete its assignment.
