This is a good news all civil servants as President Muhammadu Buhari finally signs the N30,000 national minimum wage proposed by organized labour into law.
Buhari while singing the bill, declared that payment of the new minimum wage will commence in the month of May, to mark the international workers day.
The president signed the bill on Thursday, March 28.
The bill was last week passed by the Senate, weeks after being passed by the Federal House of Representatives.
