‘Blaqbonez Sending Big Artist To Beg Me Because He Wants To Maintain Social Media Image’ – Odumodublvck

Nigerian hip-hop star Odumodublvck has addressed his ongoing dispute with fellow rapper Blaqbonez, criticising him for allegedly avoiding a direct apology and instead sending prominent industry figures to mediate.

Speaking during a recent interview with Pulse Nigeria, Odumodublvck said he remains open to settling their differences — but only if Blaqbonez reaches out personally and takes responsibility.

The rapper, known for his hit track Wotowoto, explained that while the fallout between them has often been portrayed as a lyrical face-off, he views the matter as something deeper than music.

According to him, the tension, which dates back to 2025, goes beyond diss tracks and competitive banter. He suggested that attempts to frame the situation as a typical rap rivalry overlook the personal undertones that fueled the clash.

Despite the strain, Odumodublvck made it clear he is not closing the door on reconciliation. Citing his Christian values, he said forgiveness is possible — but only when accompanied by genuine remorse.

He also pushed back against what he described as indirect efforts to broker peace. Rather than relying on respected artists to intervene, he believes Blaqbonez should address the issue head-on.

In his words, humility and accountability are essential for true resolution, adding that he would never publicly embarrass anyone who offers a sincere apology.
