The killing of a youth identified as Innocent Friday by the police in Ohafia in Abia state, angered more youths who went protesting.
Angered by the killing, some of the youths went to the police station, chased out the policemen on duty and released all the suspects detained for one crime or the other.
The leader of the youths, who introduced himself as Kalu Uche, made a video of the scene which includes the burning of police vehicles and the release of all in detention.

Report has it that the youth killed was hit by a bullet at the main motor park at the Ohafia Local Government Area of the state.
Speaking on telephone, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu’s aide on Youth Mobilization, who is from Okagwe, a neighbouring village from Ebem, Kalu Achi, popularly called Kalusha, the epicentre of the crisis, said he had not been briefed on the matter but said he had heard about it.
