All three crew on Helicopter, owned by Quorum Aviation, which crashed into a building in Opebi area, in Lagos, has died.
The third survival passed on last night at the intensive care of Lagos State University Teaching Hospital.
Those in the helicopter crash, were Captain Chika Prudence Ernest, the Engineer on board Clement Ndiok and Ex- Bristow plus fitter.
The helicopter with registration Number 5N-BQW, flew from Port-Harcourt to Lagos, and crashed in between two buildings in Ikeja en-route to Murtala Muhammed Airport, Lagos.
The incident occurred at about 12. 17pm, at Salvation Road, Opebi, Lagos.
The Lagos State Emergency Management Agency (LASEMA) confirmed that the helicopter, which was carrying three passengers.
Director-General, LASEMA, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyitolu, said, “We have deposited the two bodies in the mortuary.
Preliminary reports indicate that of the three souls on board – all crew lost their lives.
We have been made to understand that nobody in the building, nor in the vicinity was injured for which we are grateful.
