Many people are feared dead with others critically injured in a train/ bus accident in Agege area of Lagos State.
An eye witness reported that a danfo (commercial) bus was parked on the rail track, but on hearing the blast of the train horn, the driver rushed to the bus to drive off but in panic, put the vehicle in reverse gear.
The train hit the bus, throwing it in the air.
All those hanging on the train fell off, while some were hit.
12 persons were reportedly dead.
Although rescue workers are at the scene of the accident. But traffic has already built up on roads leading to and from that axis.
