The renewed pledge was made during a high-level meeting attended by top officials from the African Union (AU) and the Chinese government, where both sides reiterated their resolve to deepen cooperation in infrastructure, trade, technology, education, and green energy.

According to the joint communiqué, the 2035 Vision seeks to align Africa’s development goals with China’s global partnership initiatives, fostering a framework for mutual prosperity and inclusive growth.

China reaffirmed its commitment to support key African projects through investment and technology transfer, while African leaders praised Beijing’s consistent role in financing and implementing transformative infrastructure programs across the continent.
