The party accused the electoral body of compromising its neutrality, alleging that INEC has allowed itself to be influenced by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC).

This position was made public on Thursday during a press briefing in Abuja by ADC National Chairman, David Mark.

The event drew the presence of several high-profile political figures across the country.

Notable attendees included former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, ex-Osun State Governor Rauf Aregbesola, former Kano State Governor Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, former Anambra State Governor Peter Obi, and former Rivers State Governor Rotimi Amaechi.

Also present were former Cross River State Governor Liyel Imoke, political figure Kashim Iman, former Edo State Governor John Odigie-Oyegun, and former ADC National Chairman Ralph Nwosu, among others.

The ADC’s demand comes in response to INEC’s recent action of removing the names of David Mark and Rauf Aregbesola from its official portal as the party’s National Chairman and National Secretary, respectively—a move the party strongly disputes.

Further developments on the matter are expected.
