The young unidentified man, whose video went viral for flogging his grandma of almost 80years of age, has been arrested by the police.
The grandma received more than 20 strokes of cane all over her body in the video, while shouting for help, which never came.
As those around were either scared, while minding their businesses.

And asking why the guy yet to be identified is so ruthless.
