Gracious David West, the notorious serial killer suspected to have killed eight ladies in various hotels in Port Harcourt, has been arrested.
The 26-year old from Buguma LGA of the state, who is a member of the Degbam cult group was arrested along East-West Road enroute to Uyo from Port Harcourt.
He has since made useful statements to the Police.
However, investigation is on with a view to ascertaining his motives and possible accomplices.
