A newborn baby boy abandoned by its wicked mum in a public toilet in Nyali Estate, dropped there probably to die, was rescued alive by some good Samaritans.
Such a priceless gift which many families are praying for day in and night, was thrown away in a toilet with all kinds of germs.
Its observed that the Primary causes for child abandonment which is now on the increase are poverty, financial hardship, being a single parent, post-natal depression, mental illness.
Also substance misuse, a lack of sexual health education, poor knowledge regarding family planning, restrictions regarding access to abortion etc
Ladies are advised to take preventive measures to avoid unwanted pregnancies.
