Some Patients in Ekiti hospital has accused the wife of Ekiti State governor, Mrs Feyisetan Fayose of issuing fake cheques on her visitation to the hospitals to off set their bills.
According to one of those patients in FMC ,Ido Ekiti, Mrs Olufunke Oribamitale, who was also one of the victims of fake cheques issued by Mrs Feyisetan Fayose said the fake cheques were issued for the offset of their hospital bills. Mrs Oribamitale said, “they were all happy that the wife of the Ekiti State governor out of uncommon magnanimity has taken it upon herself to pay for their hospital bills not knowing that those cheques given to us were not correctly issued.”
Mrs Oribamitale said, “according to the management of FMC, the wife of the Ekiti state governor issued three cheques to them of which the date written on those cheques are July 22nd of 2018, which means they become valid after the election and at the same time the cheques were not signed at the back which questions the authenticity of the cheques.
Lastly, Mrs Oribamitale said, “the management has called the attention of Mrs Feyisetan Fayose to their inability to clear the cheques in the bank but to their utter surprise, Mrs Feyisetan Fayose said we should endure till after the election and if we cast our votes for PDP gubernatorial candidate, she will take the necessary actions.”
