Amosu blows Trumpet Rescuing Accident Victims

It’s making wave on social media that the Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun, stopped to personally coordinate the rescue of three accident victims along the Akure-Ondo Road in Ondo State.

Adejuwon Soyinka, the Senior Special Assistant on Media  in a statement said  his boss came across the accident scene while returning from the swearing in ceremony of Governor Rotimi Akeredolu in Akure,  and personally led efforts to retrieve the accident victims from the bush to the hospital.

This according to some sources is trumpet blowing as  Governor Amosu  has forgotten so easily that many lives has been lost due to the deplorable roads  and failure to complete the massive bridge he started in Alagbole Akute roads.

According to the source three lives were recently lost earlier this month not to mention many others, and many that may follow suit if nothing is done to make the roads motorable.

Residents in a daily  basis are  pleading for the completion of the project which may soon be tagged an abandoned projects.
