Asset management corporation has again taken over the management of another airline to prevent it from total collapse.
This time it’s Odengene Air-Shuttle Services Limited (OAS) .
This development is coming less than five days after AMCON intervened in Arik Air that has almost collapsed due to varios debts.
AMCON officials today pasted their seal of takeover, which followed a court order.
The seal reads, “POSSESSION TAKEN TODAY 14/2/17 BY AMCON BY COURT ORDER ON SUIT NO. FHC/4CS/1139/2016.”
The airline was alleged taken over as a result of debt.
Spokesman for AMCON, Mr Jude Nwauzor however denied the takeover.
