A young woman has made light of her missing body part with a comical Instagram account.
The 25-year-old has since been posting photos of her foot in interesting locations.
It’s been everywhere from the beach to the golf course. In one image, she even tempts a dog with it. In another, she tickles a cat.
Kristi, from Yukon in Oklahoma, was diagnosed with epithelioid sarcoma in her right foot in April last year.
Problems with her foot started in 2011, but it took a while to find out what was really wrong .
Kristi Loyall has put a positive spin on her amputation, which she had to have after being diagnosed with a rare form of cancer.
The amputation saved her life. After her operation, she managed to convince doctors to send it back to her in a biohazard bag.
She then got the foot professionally cleaned, before having it wired back together. It looks like something from science class.
Kristi has amassed more than 12,000 instagrm followers since she started touring with her bones 13 weeks ago.
She’s dubbed the account ‘One Foot Wander’.
