A video making the rounds on the internet allegedly shows Osun House of Assembly Majority leader, Hon. Timothy Owoeye bathing in a market in the middle of the night for suspected ritual purposes.
Owoeye who represents Ilesa West in the Osun State House of Assembly was arrested by night guards at Osunjela, a satellite town in Osogbo.
